ARCHITECTS : M/s. C.R. Narayana Rao & Co has been retained as the architects for the project. They are the largest architectural firm in Madras and to their credit have several structures including Commercial Complexes, Residential Complexes and Sports Stadium, characterized by a high degree of aesthetics combined with functional utility.

BUILDING CONTRACTORS : M/s. Tarapore & Co., who, again are the largest civil engineering firms in Madras, are doing the civil construction.

PILING : The piling work being undertaken by M/s. Simplex Concrete Piles India Limited.

AIR-CONDITIONING : M/s. Blue Star Limited, India's largest central air-conditioning company is doing The Air-conditioning work. LIFTS & ESCALATORS: The entire elevator contract including the Escalators and Capsule Lifts has been awarded to M/s. OTIS Elevator Company (India) Ltd.

ELECTRICAL : The entire electrical work and planning work has been awarded to M/s. BSES Limited.

FIRE PROTECTION : The building has been provided with modern fire fighting facilities by Devi Dayal Electronics & Wires Limited.

All other related works like plumbing, sanitation and electrification etc. have been given to the best firms in each line of activity.
