Technical Details
AIR CONDITIONING: The building is centrally air-conditioned. The air-conditioning contract has been entrusted to M/s. Blue Star Ltd., who are among the best in the line and we will have a bank of several 550 tones air-conditioning plants.

The advantage of the centrifugal chiller is the following:

  • Power consumption will be much lower than package units. Valuable space will not be lost in locating the package units in your premises. The centrifugal chiller point will be located in the basement. This results in saving in space cost.
  • There will not be noise pollution, which may arise in case the package units are located next to your premises.
  • The Maintenance Company will do the maintenance of the equipment.
  • GENERATORS: Power back up from generators has been provided for emergency services, lifts as well as for common areas.
  • PARKING SPACE: There is ample car parking space for both the occupants of the building as well as for visitors. We are proposing to have over 1000 car parks once the total project is complete. These car parks are spread over the basement, ground, second and third floor and DOUBLE BASEMENT for parking cars in Third Phase. We have also provided ramps and car lifts for accessing the upper level car parking.
