Spencer Plaza - Phase II
The Phase II of the project that has taken shape is even more exciting than Phase I. Consisting of around 4,00,000 sq.ft. It is bigger than Phase I, hosting state-of-the art facilities like central air-conditioning, escalators, capsule lifts to all shopping floors, tubular lifts on both sides of the entrance and multi-level parking for over 600 cars. The building consists of seven floors is fully completed and occupied by major brands and varieties of shops in Ground, I & II Floors.

Shops with various sizes have been planned ranging from 300 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. The company to give a sense of diversity to different types of shops is adopting a conscious policy of differential pricing. WESTSIDE (A TATA Enterprise) have cornered 20,000 sq.ft. LANDMARK occupied about 40,000 sq.ft. Leading brands like TITAN, TIMEX, SWATCH, CASIO, NIKE, LOUIS PHILIPPE, BATA, LEVI'S, REGAL, WITCO, BPL (PROFX), LEE, COLORPLUS, PANTALOONS (26,000 SQ.FT), FLORSHEIM have already opened shop here. There are variety of shops -swiss watches, saree shops, boutique, handicrafts, kids store, imported goods, toys, leather goods, garments, clinics, Billiards parlour, simulation ride, video games etc. all under single roof.

Facilities :
The following facilities have been introduced in Spencer Plaza -II, apart from the usual facilities:

  • A Centrally air-conditioning system for the shopping area.
  • A large atrium in the center
  • Escalators and capsule lifts to all shop floors
  • Multi-level Car Parking for owners
  • Car ramps for multi - level parking.
  • Special ramp for handicapped persons.
