As part of the selling arrangement the prospective buyers are required to enter into a maintenance cost every month is divided on a pro-rata basis and charged to all occupants in proportion to their area.

The Maintenance Company in its payroll has many qualified technicians including Electrical Engineers, Plumbers and Civil Engineers. They also have a lot of housekeeping staff who keep the plaza spic and span.
